Quick Tips for Using Essential Oils Safely: ** Dilute with a carrier oil such as Olive Oil, Grape seed Oil, or Coconut Oil.  Do not use regular vegetable oil.  The use of a carrier oil will not dilute the effects of the essential oil.  It will ensure that oils that are applied topically are not irritating or overpowering. **Do NOT apply to sensitive area such as eyes, ears, and mucous membranes. **If you experience irritation dilute with a safe carrier oil to alleviate discomfort.  Do NOT use water. **From personal experience, wash your hands well after applying or handling oils before rubbing your eyes or around your eyes.
